Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time

• USA: 5–7 business days
• International: 5–13 business days

Delivery may take slightly longer during high-demand periods (holidays, sales events).

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Delayed Packages
