Return & Refund Policy — GlowFest

At GlowFest, we want every order to light up your night the way it should. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@glowfest.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items marked as final sale, or items that have been worn/used, cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
