More Questions
Which plug type should I choose?
Select the plug type that matches your country's outlets: US, UK, EU, or AU. The unit itself supports 90–240V, so it works everywhere.
Are batteries included for the remote?
Yes, the remote ships with batteries included and ready to use.
Can I run it during heavy rain?
It's splash-proof (IP45) for light rain and snow, but we recommend avoiding direct exposure during heavy downpours.
What's the ideal projection distance?
For the clearest image, we recommend 16.4ft to 32.8ft from the surface — the farther the distance, the larger the projected area.
